I had a new 22kw installed by the electrician I used in the past, after installation was complete, the generator did not want to stay running (code 1200 rpm too high.) It would accelerate and turn off. I called few dealers with no result but when called All American , Ms. Diana took the call and got me scheduled right the way, she was very courteous, polite, pleasant and professional.
On appointment day she kept me informed via text as when the tech will arrive . Tanner, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, he found the problem (wrong wiring to control unit) right the way and re wired the unit. That solved the problem and now I have a working back up generator. He did not stop there. He also took all the panels off and checked all the other wiring to make sure all is in order which he did not have to do. I definitely recommend them and will use them in future.
